30-Night Swap Out Policy

All ZennZzz's mattresses are covered by a 30-night comfort guarantee, calculated from the date your order is delivered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, your mattress may be exchanged for another product of the same value or higher, subject to the terms below:

1. You must submit a swap-out request before the end of the 30-night period.
2. Goods will be inspected by ZennZzz's. Where any damage, shortage or missing parts are found, the swap-out may not be approved and/or a discretionary handling fee may apply.
3. You are liable to pay the difference in price if you choose a bed of higher value.
